Under the DPDPA 2023 (when applicable), the Company is the Data Fiduciary in respect of all personal data collected through the Platform.

2. What Data We Collect

Data you provide: Full name, email, phone, address (for poojas), date/time/place of birth (for astrological services — classified as Sensitive Personal Data under SPDI Rules), payment details (processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways — we do not store full card data), booking preferences, communications, and feedback.

Automatically collected: IP address, device type, browser type, pages visited, time on site, cookies, and session data.

From third parties: Payment confirmation from gateway partners; service confirmation from Pandits/Astrologers.

3. How We Use Your Data

Service Delivery: Processing bookings, coordinating with Service Providers, delivering reports, managing orders, sending confirmations and reminders.

Payment Processing: Secure transaction processing and refund management through certified gateway partners.

Legal Compliance: Responding to court orders, regulatory requests, and enforcing our Terms.

Platform Improvement: Analytics, bug fixing, feature development, and user experience enhancement.

Marketing (with consent only): Service-related communications and new offerings where you have opted in. You may opt out at any time by emailing support@atozpandit.com.

We will NEVER use your birth data, kundli details, or astrological information for marketing or profiling beyond the specific service you requested.

4. Sharing of Basic Data with Affiliated Brands, Partners & Associated Companies

We share your basic personal details with our affiliated brands, associated companies, and partner organisations. As part of our commitment to bringing you greater lifestyle convenience and relevant services, Web Tadka Technologies shares your basic contact details — specifically your name, email address, and mobile number only — with its affiliated brands, group companies, associated businesses, and carefully selected partner organisations. These entities may contact you with services, products, and offerings that may improve your lifestyle and complement the spiritual and wellness services you already use through our Platform.

What We Share — Basic Details Only: We share only your: (a) full name; (b) email address; and (c) mobile number. Nothing else.

WHAT WE WILL NEVER SHARE WITH ANY AFFILIATE, BRAND, OR PARTNER: YOUR DATE/TIME/PLACE OF BIRTH, KUNDLI DATA, ASTROLOGICAL RECORDS, PAYMENT INFORMATION, CARD DETAILS, BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS, BOOKING HISTORY, OR ANY SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA — UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER.

YOUR RIGHT TO OPT OUT: IF YOU DO NOT WISH YOUR BASIC DETAILS TO BE SHARED WITH OUR AFFILIATED BRANDS, ASSOCIATED COMPANIES, OR PARTNER ORGANISATIONS, PLEASE EMAIL legal@atozpandit.com FROM YOUR REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS WITH THE SUBJECT LINE: 'OPT OUT — DATA SHARING'. WE WILL MARK YOUR ACCOUNT AND STOP ALL SUCH SHARING WITHIN 30 WORKING DAYS. OPTING OUT DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM'S CORE SERVICES IN ANY WAY.

Safeguards: All affiliated brands and partner companies receiving your basic details are contractually bound to: use your details only to communicate relevant lifestyle and service offerings; maintain appropriate data security standards; not further share or sell your details to any third party; and comply with all applicable Indian data protection laws.

5. Sharing & Disclosure of Your Data

We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

      Service Providers: Basic booking details shared with assigned Pandit/Astrologer on a strict need-to-know basis for service delivery only.

      Payment Gateways: Transaction data processed by certified partners (Razorpay/PayU) under their PCI-DSS compliance frameworks.

      Logistics Partners: Delivery address shared with shipping partners for physical item deliveries only.

      Legal/Regulatory Authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

      Technology Vendors: Cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics providers bound by data processing agreements prohibiting independent use.

      Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, data may transfer to the acquiring entity subject to equivalent privacy protections.

6. Data Retention & Security

Retention: Active account data retained for account duration plus 3 years. Transaction/booking records retained for 7 years (financial and tax compliance). Grievance records retained for 5 years. Astrological data anonymised or deleted after service delivery unless extended storage is requested.

Security Measures: SSL/TLS encryption, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing, access controls, regular security assessments, and employee training on data protection.

NO INTERNET TRANSMISSION IS 100% SECURE. WHILE WE TAKE EVERY REASONABLE PRECAUTION, THE COMPANY CANNOT GUARANTEE ABSOLUTE SECURITY AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR BREACHES OCCURRING DESPITE OUR REASONABLE SECURITY MEASURES, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. WE WILL NOTIFY USERS AND RELEVANT AUTHORITIES OF MATERIAL DATA BREACHES AS REQUIRED BY LAW.

6A. Payment Data — What We Do NOT Store or Access

THE COMPANY DOES NOT STORE, RETAIN, VIEW, OR HAVE ANY TECHNICAL ACCESS TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS, BANK ACCOUNT NUMBERS, CREDIT/DEBIT CARD NUMBERS, CARD EXPIRY DATES, CVV/CVC NUMBERS, CARD PINs, NET BANKING PASSWORDS, UPI PINs, OR ANY OTHER SENSITIVE BANKING OR PAYMENT AUTHENTICATION CREDENTIALS OF ANY KIND — AT ANY POINT IN THE PAYMENT PROCESS. THIS INFORMATION NEVER PASSES THROUGH OR IS STORED ON THE COMPANY'S SYSTEMS.

How Payments Work: All payments are processed exclusively through certified PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, or equivalent). You interact directly with the gateway's secure environment. The Company receives only: (a) a payment success or failure confirmation; (b) the transaction reference ID; (c) the amount paid; and (d) the payment method category — nothing more. We never see your full card number, account number, PIN, CVV, or any authentication credential.

Failed, Delayed, Pending or Deducted-but-Not-Received Payments

IF YOUR PAYMENT FAILS, IS DELAYED, SHOWS AS PENDING/UNDER PROCESS, OR HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT BUT NOT CONFIRMED AS RECEIVED BY THE PLATFORM: THE COMPANY HAS NO ACCESS TO YOUR BANK OR CARD ACCOUNT AND CANNOT INVESTIGATE, TRACE, REVERSE, OR ASSIST WITH SUCH TRANSACTIONS. THE COMPANY WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY QUERY, COMPLAINT, CLAIM, OR ASSISTANCE REQUEST IN RESPECT OF ANY FAILED, DELAYED, PENDING, OR DEDUCTED-BUT-UNCONFIRMED PAYMENT. ALL SUCH MATTERS MUST BE RESOLVED DIRECTLY BY THE USER WITH THEIR BANK, CARD ISSUER, UPI PROVIDER, OR PAYMENT GATEWAY.

Whom to Contact for Payment Issues: For card/net banking issues — contact your bank's customer care. For UPI issues — contact your UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.) or NPCI helpline (1800-120-1740). For gateway issues — contact Razorpay or PayU support using your transaction reference ID. If payment was deducted but no booking confirmation received within 24 hours, check your spam folder first, then email support@atozpandit.com with your transaction reference ID — we will confirm only whether payment was received on our end within 2 business days. We cannot access or query your bank or the gateway on your behalf.

Duplicate/Double Payments: If the same booking is paid twice due to a technical error, email support@atozpandit.com with both transaction reference IDs within 48 hours. Upon confirmation of a duplicate receipt, a refund of the duplicate amount will be processed to the original source. Refund Processed in 15 Minutes — Once Our Team Approves.

7. Your Rights as a Data Principal

Subject to applicable law and identity verification, you have the right to: Access personal data we hold; Correct inaccurate or outdated data; Request Erasure (subject to legal retention obligations); Withdraw consent for processing; File a Privacy Grievance; and under DPDPA 2023 (when applicable), Nominate a person to exercise your rights.

To exercise any right, email legal@atozpandit.com. We acknowledge within 48 hours and respond within 30 days. Deletion of data may affect service availability — you will be informed before processing.

8. Cookies, Third-Party Links & Children's Privacy

Cookies: We use essential (required for site function), analytics (anonymised usage data), preference, and marketing cookies (with consent only). You may manage cookies through browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality.

Third-Party Links: Links to third-party sites are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their data practices.

Children: The Platform is strictly for users aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If discovered, such data is immediately deleted and the account terminated.
