 1. About the Platform, Definitions & Legal Framework

AtoZ Pandit (www.atozpandit.com) is an online intermediary marketplace owned and operated by Web Tadka Technologies ("Company", "We", "Platform"), facilitating bookings between Users and independent Pandits, Astrologers, and spiritual service providers. By accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you ("User") irrevocably agree to these Terms. If you disagree, stop using the Platform immediately.

THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING ELECTRONIC CONTRACT UNDER THE INDIAN CONTRACT ACT, 1872 AND THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000. CONTINUED USE CONFIRMS YOUR UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE.

Legal Framework: These Terms comply with the IT Act 2000, IT (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules 2021, Consumer Protection Act 2019, Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, GST Act 2017, Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023, and all other applicable Indian laws.

Services include: Vedic Puja/Havan/Homam (in-person & E-Puja), Astrological consultations, Kundli/Muhurat/Vastu, Dosha remedies, festival & ceremonial poojas, and optional sale of lab-certified gemstones, yantras, and pooja samagri.

Key Definitions: "User/Booking Person" — any person accessing or booking on the Platform. "Service Provider/Pandit/Astrologer" — independent freelance professionals, NOT employees or agents of the Company. "Booking" — a valid confirmed reservation completed exclusively through the official Platform process with full payment. "Booking Amount" — the amount actually paid through the official gateway. "Core Samagri" — dry non-perishable items up to 25% of Booking Amount. "Fresh Items" — perishable items (milk, ghee, fruits, flowers, etc.) arranged solely by the User. "Force Majeure" — any event beyond reasonable control including disasters, pandemics, government orders, accidents.

2. User Eligibility & Representations

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, legally competent to contract under Indian law, and that all information you provide (including birth details) is accurate and complete. You are using the Platform for lawful spiritual purposes only. Inaccurate information leading to incorrect guidance is entirely the User's responsibility.

The Platform strictly prohibits: use by minors; black magic, witchcraft, voodoo, or tantrism; and any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. Discovery of any such conduct results in immediate account termination without refund. The Company reserves the absolute right to refuse service to any User at any time without explanation or liability.

3. Mandatory Platform Booking Policy — Critical Terms

ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE OFFICIAL BOOKING FORM ON www.atozpandit.com. A BOOKING IS VALID ONLY WHEN: (1) COMPLETED THROUGH THE OFFICIAL PLATFORM FORM; (2) FULL PAYMENT RECEIVED THROUGH THE OFFICIAL GATEWAY; (3) WRITTEN CONFIRMATION ISSUED BY THE COMPANY; AND (4) ALL REQUIRED DETAILS ACCURATELY SUBMITTED. VERBAL CONFIRMATIONS, WHATSAPP MESSAGES TO PERSONAL NUMBERS, OR ANY OTHER INFORMAL ARRANGEMENT DO NOT CONSTITUTE A VALID BOOKING.

Unofficial Bookings — Zero Liability: The Company bears ZERO responsibility for any service, incident, loss, or dispute arising from: bookings made directly with a Pandit/Astrologer through any personal communication channel; bookings through any third-party platform; direct arrangements between User and Service Provider outside the Platform; or repeat bookings made directly with a Service Provider bypassing the Platform. The User waives all rights to claim any remedy from the Company for such unofficial arrangements.

DO NOT PAY ANY PANDIT, ASTROLOGER, OR SERVICE PROVIDER DIRECTLY THROUGH CASH, PERSONAL UPI, PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT, CHEQUE, OR ANY UNOFFICIAL MODE. THE COMPANY ASSUMES ZERO RESPONSIBILITY AND SHALL ENTERTAIN NO REFUND CLAIM OR LEGAL LIABILITY FOR ANY SUCH PAYMENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER.

4. Non-Arrival of Service Provider / Service Disruption

Primary Action — Rescheduling: If a confirmed Pandit or Astrologer cannot attend due to illness, accident, or Force Majeure, the Company shall first make best efforts to arrange an alternate qualified Service Provider and coordinate the service at the next available Muhurat on the same day or at the earliest mutually agreeable time.

Fallback — Refund: Only if the Company is entirely unable to arrange any replacement shall a full refund of the Booking Amount be processed to the original payment source. Refund Processed in 15 Minutes — Once Our Team Approves.

THE REFUND IN ALL CASES IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE BOOKING AMOUNT PAID. NO ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION — INCLUDING TRAVEL, DECORATION, CATERING, INCONVENIENCE, OR MENTAL DISTRESS DAMAGES — IS PAYABLE BY THE COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. IF THE USER FAILS TO RESPOND TO PRE-EVENT COMMUNICATIONS BEFORE CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON THE DAY BEFORE THE BOOKING, THE COMPANY MAY CANCEL THE BOOKING WITHOUT ANY REFUND.

5. Payment Terms & Pooja Package Conditions

Payment: All payments must be made exclusively through the official Platform payment gateway (Razorpay/PayU or equivalent). All amounts are in INR inclusive of GST. A Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and written acknowledgement. Partial or verbal assurances do not confirm a booking.

Gemstone/Yantra Sales: Lab-certified (GIA/IGI where applicable), energised per Vedic procedures. India shipping only; 5–10 business days delivery. Company liability ends upon handover to logistics partner. Personalised/energised items are non-returnable. Defect claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

5A. Pooja Package — Duration, Samagri & Geographic Terms

USERS MUST READ THIS SECTION FULLY BEFORE BOOKING. CONFIRMING A BOOKING CONSTITUTES UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.

Duration: The Booking Amount covers the Platform-specified pooja duration plus a goodwill grace of up to 2 additional hours. The grace period is subject to Pandit availability and is NOT an automatic entitlement. The duration clock runs from the scheduled start time regardless of User-caused delays. The grace period cannot be used to cover User-caused delays, interruptions, or scope additions.

IF THE POOJA EXCEEDS THE PLATFORM-SPECIFIED DURATION PLUS THE 2-HOUR GRACE PERIOD, THE PANDIT HAS THE ABSOLUTE RIGHT TO STOP IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND OR COMPENSATION. IF THE USER REQUESTS AND THE PANDIT AGREES TO CONTINUE, EXTRA CHARGES AS DETERMINED BY THE PLATFORM MUST BE PAID EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE OFFICIAL PAYMENT GATEWAY BEFORE CONTINUATION. NO CASH PAYMENTS TO THE PANDIT ARE PERMITTED. ANY CASH PAID DIRECTLY IS ENTIRELY AT THE USER'S OWN RISK — THE COMPANY BEARS ZERO LIABILITY FOR SUCH PAYMENTS.

Samagri: Core Samagri (dry, non-perishable items) is included up to a maximum of 25% of the Booking Amount. All Fresh Items (milk, ghee, curd, fruits, flowers, garlands, coconut, etc.) and any samagri beyond the 25% cap are the User's sole responsibility. Failure to arrange these does not entitle the User to a refund for incomplete or partial performance.

Geographic Coverage: Standard Pooja Package pricing applies within 50 kilometres straight-line (aerial) from the Company's registered office at 702/703, Bevy Coworking, Iris Shopping, Hiranandani Meadows, Ghodbunder Road, Thane West – 400607, Maharashtra, India. For venues beyond 50 km: customised package pricing applies, plus separate Transport/Travel Charges and Pandit Refreshment Charges — all quoted in advance and paid through the official gateway before booking confirmation. The Company's distance calculation is final and binding. If incorrect venue address is provided, all resulting additional charges are borne entirely by the User.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

THIS POLICY APPLIES ONLY TO BOOKINGS MADE THROUGH THE OFFICIAL PLATFORM PROCESS AND PAID THROUGH THE OFFICIAL GATEWAY. UNOFFICIAL BOOKINGS AND UNOFFICIAL PAYMENTS ARE ENTIRELY OUTSIDE THIS POLICY — NO REFUND CLAIMS SHALL BE ENTERTAINED.

6A. Pooja & Pandit Bookings — Refund Slabs

All cancellations must be requested by email to support@atozpandit.com with Booking ID, registered mobile, and complete details. Requests through any other channel will not be processed.

CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED DATE AND TIME — FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER INCLUDING PERSONAL EMERGENCIES — SHALL RESULT IN COMPLETE FORFEITURE OF THE BOOKING AMOUNT. NO EXCEPTIONS.

6B. Astro Chat & Astro Call — Absolute No-Refund

ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE FOR ANY ASTRO CHAT OR ASTRO CALL SERVICE, IT IS FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-TRANSFERABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES — INCLUDING DISSATISFACTION WITH ADVICE, USER DISCONNECTION, TECHNICAL ISSUES ON THE USER'S END, OR ANY OTHER REASON. PREPAID CREDITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN CASH. CREDITS FORFEITED UPON ACCOUNT TERMINATION FOR POLICY VIOLATIONS.

If a session is disrupted due to a verified Platform-side technical failure, the Company may at its sole discretion offer a service credit (not cash) for the affected portion only. This is a goodwill gesture, not a right.

6C. Digital Reports — Non-Refundable Once Delivered

Kundli, muhurat, compatibility, and all other written/digital reports are strictly non-refundable once delivered to the User's registered email or made available for download. Incorrect birth details provided by the User do not entitle them to a refund.

6D. Refund Processing

Refund Processed in 15 Minutes — Once Our Team Approves.

6E. Non-Refundable Situations — Exhaustive List

No refund shall be issued for: unofficial bookings; unofficial payments; cancellations under 24 hours; no-show; non-responsiveness to pre-event communications; Astro Chat/Call (any circumstance); delivered digital reports; completed services; spiritual dissatisfaction; personalised/energised items; incorrect User-provided information; pooja time overrun attributable to User; failure to arrange Fresh Items; extra duration charges once paid; account termination for Terms violation.

7. Spiritual Disclaimer — Nature of Services & Content

ALL SERVICES, CONTENT, INFORMATION, BLOGS, ARTICLES, IMAGES, AND CLAIMS ON THIS PLATFORM ARE FOR GENERAL INFORMATION AND FAITH-BASED SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE ONLY. NO SPECIFIC RESULTS, OUTCOMES, OR BENEFITS ARE GUARANTEED. EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON YOUR PERSONAL FAITH, SINCERE PARTICIPATION, ACCUMULATED KARMA, AND DIVINE GRACE. THESE SERVICES ARE SACRED SPIRITUAL TRADITIONS FOR ENERGETIC HARMONY AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT — THEY ARE NOT SUBSTITUTES FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT, FINANCIAL ADVICE, LEGAL COUNSEL, OR ANY PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE.

No Guarantees: atozpandit.com and its associated all partners and stakeholders makes no guarantee regarding the spiritual efficacy or outcome of any pooja, havan, ritual, or E-Puja; the accuracy or validity of any astrological reading, kundli, muhurat, or dosha remedy; outcomes in matters of health, wealth, career, marriage, legal proceedings, or any life area; or the efficacy of any gemstone, yantra, or remedial item.

Not Professional Advice: Nothing on this Platform substitutes for qualified medical, legal, financial, or psychological professional advice. Always consult licensed professionals for material life decisions. Reliance solely on astrological guidance for critical decisions is at the User's own risk.

Content: All Platform content including articles, blogs, guides, and images is published for general informational and cultural education purposes only. It is not tailored advice. The Company does not warrant that all content is error-free, complete, or current at all times.

AtoZ Pandit and its Pandits are not responsible for any perceived or actual outcomes, delays beyond control, or indirect consequences. Proceed with trust in the divine and your own efforts.

Fire Safety: For fire-based rituals (havan, homam), the User must ensure adequate venue fire safety including a fire extinguisher and proper ventilation. The Company and Pandit are not liable for any fire-related accident, injury, or property damage at the User's venue.

8. Platform as Facilitator — Service Provider Disclaimer

www.atozpandit.com IS STRICTLY AN ONLINE INTERMEDIARY MARKETPLACE AND TECHNOLOGY FACILITATION PLATFORM ONLY. IT IS NOT A PANDIT, PRIEST, ASTROLOGER, OR SPIRITUAL PRACTITIONER. ALL SERVICE PROVIDERS OPERATE AS INDEPENDENT FREELANCE PROFESSIONALS AND ARE NOT EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES OF THE COMPANY.

Platform's Role: The Platform's sole function is to provide a digital marketplace for discovery, facilitate bookings, process payments, and provide coordination support. The Company does not control, direct, supervise, or participate in the actual delivery of any service. The Company operates as an IT intermediary under the IT (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules 2021.

Company Disclaims ALL Liability for: The qualifications, expertise, or conduct of any Service Provider; the accuracy of any astrological reading, prediction, or ritual performed; any financial, physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual loss arising from any Service Provider's advice or action; property damage or personal injury at the User's venue; disputes between User and Service Provider; or content exchanged during Astro Chat/Call sessions (the Platform is a communication medium only). Advice given by Pandits/Astrologers represents their independent views and is not endorsed by the Company.

THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY DISCLAIMS ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY — WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHERWISE — FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE ACTIONS, ADVICE, CONDUCT, OR DEFAULT OF ANY PANDIT OR ASTROLOGER. BY USING THIS PLATFORM, THE USER IRREVOCABLY ACCEPTS THIS DISCLAIMER AND WAIVES ALL CLAIMS AGAINST THE COMPANY IN RESPECT THEREOF.

9. User Conduct, Intellectual Property & Content Policy

User Obligations: Provide accurate information; use Platform for lawful spiritual purposes only; maintain fire-safe venue; arrange all Fresh Items; be present at booking time; inspect physical items within 48 hours of delivery; not engage or solicit any Platform Service Provider for direct work within 12 months of their last Platform engagement.

Prohibited Conduct: Users must not engage in illegal/fraudulent/abusive activity; post defamatory, obscene, or harmful content; upload viruses or malicious code; attempt unauthorised system access; reverse-engineer Platform software; scrape User data; impersonate others; post false reviews; engage in black magic, witchcraft, voodoo, or tantrism; or share login credentials. Violations result in immediate account termination, booking cancellations without refund, and potential legal proceedings.

Intellectual Property: All Platform content — text, graphics, logos, software, audio, video — is owned by or licensed to the Company under the Copyright Act 1957, Trade Marks Act 1999, and IT Act 2000. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access the Platform for personal use only. No commercial use, reproduction, or derivative works permitted without written consent. User-generated content (reviews, feedback) grants the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for any purpose.

Content Standards — Zero Tolerance: The Platform prohibits child exploitation/abuse material (CSAM); sexual/profane content; hate speech based on any protected characteristic; graphic violence or self-harm promotion; terrorist/extremist content; harassment or extortion; dangerous product promotion; and all forms of prohibited occult activity. Violations result in immediate account termination, law enforcement reporting, and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS — IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE — SHALL NOT EXCEED THE BOOKING AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WHERE NO PAYMENT WAS MADE, LIABILITY IS CAPPED AT INR 100. THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFIT, DATA, GOODWILL, HEALTH DETERIORATION, SPIRITUAL HARM, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR FORCE MAJEURE LOSSES.

Indemnification: The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, Service Providers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: use/misuse of the Platform; Terms violations; false information; IP or privacy rights infringement; unofficial bookings or payments; disputes with Service Providers; User-submitted content; or fire safety/venue preparation failures.

Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for any failure or delay due to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, internet failures, or any other event beyond its reasonable control. The User's sole remedy in such events is a refund of the Booking Amount or rescheduling at the Company's discretion.

11. Grievance Redressal, Defamation Protection & Resolution

COMPLAINTS RELATED TO UNOFFICIAL BOOKINGS OR UNOFFICIAL PAYMENTS ARE OUTSIDE THIS GRIEVANCE MECHANISM AND WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.

Filing a Grievance: All formal complaints must be submitted exclusively by email to legal@atozpandit.com with: full name; Booking ID and date; complete factual description of the incident; supporting evidence; and specific relief sought. Complaints through phone, WhatsApp, or social media are not formal grievances and carry no defined response obligation.

Resolution Timeline: The Company shall acknowledge formal complaints within 72 working hours and endeavour to resolve them within 30 working days. For complex matters, the resolution period may be extended to a maximum of 180 calendar days. The User agrees to cooperate with and await the Company's internal resolution process. Nothing in this clause restricts the User's statutory right to approach Consumer Commissions or regulatory authorities under applicable Indian law.

Acceptance of Resolution: The Company's resolution is final and binding. Maximum relief is limited to the Booking Amount paid for the specific transaction.

Defamation Protection: Users may post genuine, factually accurate reviews based on actual documented experience. However, posting false, misleading, unverified, or defamatory content about the Company without first following the grievance process gives the Company the unconditional right to: file civil and/or criminal defamation proceedings under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 and IT Act 2000; seek injunctive relief and content takedown; and claim damages as determined by the court. All proceedings shall be before Thane courts, Maharashtra, India exclusively.

12. Privacy, Data Protection & Partner Service Communications

Data Use: Personal information (name, birth details, email, phone, address, payment details) is collected for service delivery, booking coordination, payment processing, and legal compliance. Data is governed by the IT Act 2000, SPDI Rules 2011, and DPDPA 2023 (as applicable). We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with Service Providers (on a need-to-know basis), payment gateways (PCI-DSS compliant), logistics partners (for deliveries), and legal authorities (when legally required).

Data Sharing with Affiliated Brands, Partners & Associated Companies

We share your basic data with our affiliates, associated brands, and partner companies. As part of providing you with a better and more convenient experience, Web Tadka Technologies shares your basic personal details — specifically your name, email address, and mobile number only — with our affiliated brands, associated companies, and carefully selected partner organisations. The purpose of this sharing is to bring relevant services and products to you that may improve your lifestyle, add convenience, and complement the spiritual and wellness services you already use on our Platform.

These affiliated brands, associated companies, and partner organisations may contact you with relevant service and product offerings. We share only basic contact details — name, email address, and mobile number. We do not share and will never share your birth details, kundli data, astrological records, financial information, payment credentials, or any sensitive personal data with any affiliated brand, partner, or associated company under any circumstances.

YOUR RIGHT TO OPT OUT: IF YOU DO NOT WISH FOR YOUR BASIC DETAILS TO BE SHARED WITH OUR AFFILIATED BRANDS, ASSOCIATED COMPANIES, OR PARTNER ORGANISATIONS, PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO legal@atozpandit.com FROM YOUR REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS WITH THE SUBJECT LINE: 'OPT OUT — DATA SHARING'. UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR REQUEST, WE WILL MARK YOUR ACCOUNT ACCORDINGLY AND STOP SHARING YOUR DETAILS WITH AFFILIATED BRANDS AND PARTNERS. YOUR REQUEST WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 30 WORKING DAYS. YOUR OPT-OUT WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR ABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM'S CORE SERVICES IN ANY WAY.

Safeguards: All affiliated brands and partner companies with whom we share your basic contact details are contractually bound to: (a) use your details only for the specific purpose of communicating relevant service and product offerings; (b) maintain appropriate data security standards; (c) not further share, sell, or trade your details to any other third party; and (d) comply with all applicable Indian data protection laws. Sensitive personal data — including birth details, kundli records, payment information, and astrological data — will NEVER be shared with any affiliated brand, partner, or external company under any circumstances whatsoever.

DPDPA 2023: The Company shall comply with DPDPA obligations as they come into force as a Data Fiduciary. Users have rights of access, correction, erasure, and consent withdrawal. Contact legal@atozpandit.com to exercise these rights.

Security: We implement SSL/TLS encryption, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing, access controls, and reasonable technical safeguards. No internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Miscellaneous

Governing Law: These Terms are governed exclusively by Indian law. Disputes shall first be attempted amicably via email to legal@atozpandit.com. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 before a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties, seated at Thane, Maharashtra. Failing agreement on arbitrator, the appointment shall be made per the Act. For non-arbitrable matters, exclusive jurisdiction vests in the courts of Thane, Maharashtra, India only.

Amendments: The Company may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Severability: Invalid or unenforceable provisions shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary; remaining provisions remain in full force.

Non-Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. Waivers must be in writing.

Assignment: The Company may assign these Terms freely. The User may not assign without prior written consent.

Electronic Contract: These Terms are a valid electronic contract under the IT Act 2000, enforceable without a wet signature.

No Partnership: These Terms do not create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture between the Company, Users, or Service Providers.

Entire Agreement: These Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Disclaimer (all available at www.atozpandit.com) constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Company.
